Even though it appears to be more of a psychological thriller, LAVENDER undoubtedly has appeal for fans of horror.  Sporting an all-star cast of Dermot Mulroney, Abbie Cornish, and Justin Long (not in a comedic role), LAVENDER explores a woman’s journey to regain her lost memories.  As one might expect, not all is as it seems.  After following the advice of her psychiatrist, Jane (Abbie Cornish) begins to find strange clues among her photos.  Is she responsible for family members she never knew she had?

Samuel Goldwyn and AMBI will release the film exclusively on DISH on February 3, 2017, one month before it hits theaters and VOD on March 3, 2017.  LAVENDER is the second collaboration between the two companies.  Word out of the few festivals it has played is good, so I’m definitely looking forward to seeing what secrets lie within the house.  Until then, check out the stills and trailer below.

Synopsis
