Blumhouse’s movie factory doesn’t see every production get a full theatrical release. Just take the studio’s DELIRIUM, which stars Topher Grace. The movie is allegedly heading straight to DVD, according to Dread Central. There’s no Blu-Ray or special features planned, according to the publication.

DELIRIUM centers around a man, played by Grace, who’s released from a mental institution. He’s assigned to house arrest in the mansion he inherited, but after a series of strange and haunting disturbances, he comes to believe the house is haunted.

Grace is joined by Patricia Clarkson, Callan Mulvey, and Genesis Rodriguez.

The movie is directed by Dennis Iliadis (LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT (2009), +1) and written by Adam Alleca (LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT (2009), CELL). If the trailer, below, piques your interest, be sure to keep an eye out for DELIRIUM this summer at your local retailer.
