New horror VR game Don’t Knock Twice, developed by Wales Interactive isn’t scheduled for release until March 28, 2017, but luckily we can try it out now on PlayStation VR, HTC Vive and Oculus Rift along with a non-virtual reality version for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.  You can find it on Steam here. The VR Game sees players exploring one very creepy mansion.

What makes this particular game so interesting is that it’s based on an upcoming movie of the same name, written by Mark Huckerby and Nick Ostler (Howl) and directed by Caradog James.  The film stars Katee Sackhoff (Oculus),Lucy Boynton (The Blackcoat’s Daughter) and Nick Moran.

While the film is making its way through film festivals with no wide release date set just yet, we can likely expect it to coincide with the full release of its VR Game counterpart in March.

Don’t Knock Twice is a first-person VR horror game based on a psychologically terrifying urban legend. To save her estranged daughter, a guilt-ridden mother must uncover the frightening truth behind the urban tale of a vengeful, demonic witch. One knock to wake her from her bed, twice to raise her from the dead.
