Stifled is an innovative mic-enabled indie horror game where you, as the main character, will use sound to maneuver around the world. You’ll have to use actual audio from yourself to find your path… but be careful–too much sound can alert nearby enemies to come looking. This unique game mechanic absolutely adds to the thrill and sweat inducing anticipation. We’ve been hearing about this one for a while, but there was no release date in sight. 

Well, the wait is almost over. Gattai Games has now announced that the game is set to release on December 13th. To ease the pain of waiting, the studio has released a short demo to give you a little taste of what the game is all about. You can download the free demo on Steam right now!

To amplify the horror, the game will be available not only on flat screen, but VR devices as well.  Both the demo and the full game will launch on Oculus DK2 and CV1 support. Check out the demo trailer below:
