Two months ago we shared the trailer and a few stills for the upcoming coulrophobic horror film, CLOWNTOWN. At that time, there was no date set for the horror/ thriller to be released, but as promised in the previous coverage, we at Modern Horrors are back to give you the details!

ITN Distribution, Inc. has acquired the North American Distribution rights to the film; giving it a theatrical release date of September 30th , 2016 and a VOD/ DVD date of October 4th, 2016. In case you need a refresher on what this is all about, check out the trailer below!

 

Plot Synopsis
A group of friends get stranded in a seemingly deserted small town and find themselves stalked by a violent gang of psychopaths dressed as clowns.
