If you haven’t seen some of Nicolas Cage’s (CON AIR, RAISING ARIZONA) recent film endeavors, we understand. It seems like as of late he’s been all over the map. The man has bills, what can we say. However, one of his upcoming movies set to hit theaters, VOD and digital download January 19 has piqued our interest—MOM AND DAD.

Written and directed by Brian Taylor (CRANK, GHOST RIDER: SPIRIT OF VENGENCE), MOM AND DAD star Cage alongside Selma Blair (HELLBOY, CRUEL INTENTIONS) as a 24-hour, world-wide hysteria violently turns parents against their children.

You have Cage playing off-the-hook crazy, which is always a win in our book. This could be a return to form for the actor. There’s nothing better than Cage wielding a mallet while spouting expletives.

Nicolas Cage and Selma Blair star in this pitch-black horror-comedy about a worldwide mass hysteria where, for 24 brutal hours, parents turn violently against their own children.
