September Streaming: Horror on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu
Yet another month has gone by, so that means it’s time to look into what horror movies/shows will be hitting the streaming sites in September. I love Netflix, but they really need to up their game as far as horror is concerned. Not only do they barely have any horror flicks being added, but none of them are particularly exciting (short of all of the JAWS films). They do have some solid new seasons of horror TV series though.
If you missed out on indie horrors movies from 2006 – 2009, don’t worry because Amazon and Hulu got you covered. Almost the entire After Dark Horror Fest slate is hitting this month. Both Hulu and Amazon will also be adding newer titles such as: Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse and Eli Roth’s Knock Knock as well. Not only that, but Amazon Prime is giving folks THE WITCH! September doesn’t appear to be the most exciting month for horror, but it’s still something to keep us busy until Halloween movies get added in October.
