We’ve all been there. After an exhausting drive, you want to stop, grab some grub, and relax. Is finding some R&R so wrong? Well, for the couple in THE FARM, yes, it’s very wrong.

THE FARM centers around a couple who are kidnapped after stopping at a roadside diner for some burgers – which don’t appear to be Grade-A beef. They’re caged, witnessing the horrors of the local farming operation that takes human bodies by the stacks (on stacks on stacks) to slaughter. The trailer is dirty, bloody, and violent. It also has some hardcore THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE vibes, that this writer is digging.

Hans Stjernswärd writes and directs THE FARM, which appears to be his first feature film, according to his spares IMDB. The movie stars Nora Yessayan, Alec Gaylord, and Ken Volok. There’s no release date yet for this movie, sadly. But stay tuned, this looks like a good one.
