I never considered April to be an exciting month for genre films, but the streaming sites say otherwise. While Shudder always guarantees horror, it is Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon that are bringing the bacon home this month with new releases.

Netflix is adding a new show, Black Summer, and a new original movie, The Silence. Hulu will be adding the new Into the Dark movie, I’m Just F*cking With You along with last year’s Pledge. Amazon will be showing off with the brand new The Hole in the Ground from earlier this year, and if you are really in the mood for a relaxing evening, then you can visit A Quiet Place on both Hulu and Amazon.
