If you follow the indie horror scene, then movies like Mohawk, We Are Still Here, Bone Tomahawk, and Puppet Master: The Littlest Reich should sound familiar. They may even tickle the testicles or fondle the fallopian tubes with excitement. They’re solid movies with solid followings because of the creative team behind them. Now, that team has made Satanic Panic, and it hits select theaters and VOD Sept. 6.

Satanic Panic follows a struggling pizza delivery girl who has one last order to deliver. However, her delivery isn’t your typical customer. She’s delivering the pizza to high-society Satanists, and she will have to fight for her life to survive.

The movie is based on a story by Grady Hendrix (Mohawk) and Ted Geoghegan (We Are Still Here) with Chelsea Stardust (Into the Dark: All That We Destroy) writing and directing.

“We could not be more excited to be releasing the instant classic, Satanic Panic,” said Mark Ward, Chief Acquisitions Officer of RLJE Films, in a statement announcing the movie. “Chelsea Stardust is a filmmaker on the rise, and we know audiences will line up to see this completely original and wild film from Fangoria.”

Satanic Panic stars Hayley Griffith (The Drew), Ruby Modine (Happy Death Day), Michael Polish (Before I Wake), Jerry O’Connell (“Billions”), and Rebecca Romijn (X-Men Franchise). Producers include Dallas Sonnier, Adam Goldworm (My Friend Dahmer) and Amanda Presmyk (Puppet Master: The Littlest Reich). Executive producers are Charles Dorfman, Phil Nobile Jr. (Horror Noire) and Danielle Cox (The Standoff at Sparrow Creek) David Gilbery.

That’s one talented team. Stay tuned for more updates as they come our way.
