This is the second time in a week that I’ve seen an inanimate object inside a run-down apartment talk.  Well, not in real life, as a movie plot.  And let me tell you, so far it doesn’t seem to ever end well.  After watching the trailer for the first time, Deep Dark made me think of The Canal, except with an entity that is far more actively sinister.  Distributor Uncork’d Entertainment isn’t afraid of putting some wild shit in front of an audience, and with a tag line of “This is no Glory Hole”, I can only imagine Deep Dark will be just that.  Deep Dark is scheduled to be available on DVD and VOD November 10th.

Hermann, a failed sculptor, is about to kill himself when he finds a strange, talking hole in the wall. The creature in the hole (Denise Poirier, the voice of ÆON FLUX) has the power to fulfill his wildest dreams, but things go horribly wrong and when the killing starts, Hermann is thrust into the worst nightmare of his life. Deep Dark is a twisted tale warning you to be careful what you wish for, because it just might get you.
