If there ever was a reoccurring complaint from me about an anthology horror film, it would probably be the “I want more” complaint. The upcoming horror film SIREN, is just that; more of a anthology segment. Originally titled Amateur Night from the 2012 horror anthology V/H/S/, SIREN is a film truly about the age old saying “No good deed goes unpunished.” When Jonah frees a seemingly innocent victimized girl locked up in a sex club, the apprehensive groom-to-be’s bachelor party turns into a nightmare.

SIREN is making a couple of stops at conventions and will be screening at this weekend’s Wizard World Comic Con in Chicago on Sunday. After that, the film will makes its way across the pond to the Londin FRIGHTFEST on Sunday August 28th.

SIREN is directed by Gregg Bishop and stars Chase Williamson, Justin Welborn, Michael Aaron Milligan, Hayes Mercure, Randy McDowell, and Hannah Fierman. A December 2nd theatrical release and a December 6th VOD, Digital HD, and DVD release is expected.

Let us know what you think of turning a anthology segment into a feature. Good? Bad? Ugly?

A bachelor party becomes a savage fight for survival when the groomsmen unwittingly unleash a fabled predator upon the festivities.
