Pumpkin Spice Lattes are now available and stores are stocking up on Halloween inventory, which means, as far as I’m concerned, Halloween season is upon us.  Universal thinks so too, as they’ve just dropped a second trailer for the upcoming Mike Flanagan directed flick, below.

The newest trailer gives us a glimpse as to just how intense things are going to get, particularly with the creepy youngest daughter.  While some of the imagery seems to take a page from previous possession films, there’s enough there to pique my curiosity. Particularly when it comes to the spirit board’s haunted history.  What do you think?

Ouija: Origin of Evil will arrive in theaters on October 21, 2016, just in time for Halloween.

It was never just a game. Inviting audiences again into the lore of the spirit board, Ouija: Origin of Evil tells a terrifying new tale as the follow-up to 2014’s sleeper hit that opened at number one. In 1965 Los Angeles, a widowed mother and her two daughters add a new stunt to bolster their séance scam business and unwittingly invite authentic evil into their home. When the youngest daughter is overtaken by the merciless spirit, this small family confronts unthinkable fears to save her and send her possessor back to the other side.
