Ahead of its September 22nd theatrical and VOD release (my birthday), Modern Horrors is hooking you up with the bloody fun trailer for IFC Midnight’s WELCOME TO WILLITS, the feature debut of Writer/Director Trevor Ryan. We gave you your first hit of this almost a year ago.

The film stars talented character actor Bill Sage, whom you may remember from HBO’s Boardwalk Empire, Orange is the New Black and the mouth-watering backwoods chiller, We Are What We Are.

Joining the drug-fueled action is Garrett Clayton (Hairspray Live!), Chris Zylka and Thomas Dekker. Swedish powerhouse, Dolph Lundgren (The Expendables, Rocky IV) even chimes in, packing heat and ready to defend our planet from alien invaders and/or hallucinating pot farmers.

Synopsis
Aliens, burnouts, and clueless campers collide in this bloody and bonkers slasher freak-out. Deep in the woods of Northern California lies the off-the-grid town of Willits, a haven for marijuana growers, meth addicts, and conspiracy theorists. When a gaggle of vacationing friends unknowingly set up their campsite on the property of Willits’ most disturbed resident—a psychotic, drug-addled pot farmer convinced extraterrestrials are out to get him—they’re in for one hell of a bad time.
