Looks like we have a weird one on our hands folks…and that’s horrifically exciting. Director Jeremiah Kipp explains Theresa & Allison as “Alice in Wonderland meets Maniac”. Now – I’m not exactly sure what that means, but it sounds wonderful. In an interview with Fangoria, Kipp says he wanted to “go back to the gritty NYC sleaze of Lustig,” Kipp continues, “only relocated to Brooklyn so we keep up with the times. It’s a coming-of-age story drenched in blood, in which our main character Theresa gets led into a nocturnal subculture of lesbians, murderers, all manner of sadistic mayhem and the supernatural, and horrors that push into the realm of NC-17—if we even bother to attempt getting an MPAA rating. It’s definitely the grisliest and nastiest genre film I’ve made to date, which pushes the envelope while retaining strong characters played by experienced actors and a macabre dark sense of humor.”

Sounds right up our alley. We will of course keep you posted on all things Theresa & Allison as they become available. Until then, check out the official trailer along with some still images from the film:

After a one night stand turns disastrous, Theresa (Arielle Hope) finds herself drawn into a world of inhuman savagery, all the while tempted by the beautiful and immortal Allison (Sarah Schoofs)
