Netflix is gobbling up new content like it knows our deepest binge-watching habits. The streaming service has picked up the first two seasons THE FRANKENSTEIN CHRONICLES, a UK television series.

The show revolves around a re-telling of the classic Mary Shelley novel where a series of crimes in 1830s London has Inspector John Marlott (Sean Bean) wondering if the perpetrator could be trying to reanimate the dead.

Season one and two are each six episodes. Netflix does have the option to make further episodes.
