IFC Midnight is bringing some British horror to the silver screen sometime next year with GHOST STORIES, a tale of a skeptical professor set upon finding rational explanations for a series of ghostly happenings.

The names attached to the project make us very interested in GHOST STORIES. Martin Freeman (SHERLOCK, THE HOBBIT) stars alongside Andy Nyman, who is also one of the writers and directors on the project. Jeremy Dyson (THE LEAGUE OF GENTLEMEN) also wrote and directed. The movie is based on a play by Dyson and Nyman.

Plot Synopsis
GHOST STORIES stars Nyman as Professor Goodman, a psychologist and skeptic, who has his rationality tested when he stumbles across a long-lost file containing details of three terrifying hauntings. He then embarks on a mission to find rational explanations for the ghostly happenings.
