I won’t lie to you, I think old farm stuff is super creepy. Particularly scarecrows, barns, and windmills. In the upcoming horror film, THE WINDMILL (also known as The Windmill Massacre), we get a fresh look into the creepiness of not only windmills, but what could be some sort of demonic eldritch scarecrow. It’s been called “Jeepers Creepers meets Friday the 13th”, so sign us up!

THE WINDMILL, from the producers of Frankenstein’s Army and directed by Netherlands native Nick Jongerius, follows a girl on the run from her past who finds herself in Amsterdam. She eventually ends up on a windmill tour bus that lands her smack dab in the middle of a devil-worshiping playground where things aren’t always what they seem.

The film is being distributed by XLrator Media and stars Charlotte Beaumont, Bart Klever, Patrick Baladi, Ben Batt, Fiona Hampton, Tanroh Ishida, Adam Thomas Wright, and Noah Taylor. THE WINDMILL hits VOD platforms on October 25th.

A group of unsuspecting tourists awaken a mysterious evil while on a trip through the Dutch countryside.
