We love a good heel-turn here at Modern Horrors. So when we got word that Kevin James would be making his genre debut as an enraged Neo Nazi in Becky , we were interested to say the least. We’ve seen several comedic actors enter the horror domain over the years but perhaps none have been quite as… huggable… as James. Time will tell if the transformation is a convincing one, but his inclusion alone will undoubtedly entice casual and hardcore horror fans alike.

I’ll be posting a full review in the coming weeks, but I’ll tip my hand early and say that Becky is far more gratuitous and shocking than you might expect given the talent attached to it. We’ve got all the details, images, and promo materials, below. Check them out, and let us know what you think!

Becky releases on Digital on On Demand on June 5th, 2020.

Spunky and rebellious, Becky (Lulu Wilson) is brought to a weekend getaway at a lake house by her father Jeff (Joel McHale) in an effort to try to reconnect. The trip immediately takes a turn for the worse when a group of convicts on the run, led by the merciless Dominick (Kevin James), suddenly invade the lake house.
