We’ve been covering Found Footage 3D for almost a year now. In fact, our interview with director Steven DeGennaro was our first interview ever here at Modern Horrors. In that regard, the film holds a very special place in our hearts. Unfortunately, we haven’t heard much from the team in quite some time. But now the silence has been broken… and it has been replaced by that aforementioned director going to town on various fruits with a set of pliers and a blowtorch. Okay, not really, but he does use a hammer and a hatchet!

Why? Because sound is important. Check out this (hilarious) behind the scenes video diary for a look at the glamorous world of horror film post production.

…I lost my shit at 06:49.

A group of filmmakers sets out to make the first 3D found footage horror movie, but find themselves IN the first 3D found footage horror movie when the evil entity from their film escapes into their behind-the-scenes footage.

Found Footage 3D is expected to wrap post production in late September/ early October. If all goes well, we should be seeing it in various festivals in the first half of 2016.
